Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng on Monday said the seizure of more than RM1 billion funds held by a Chinese state-owned company, China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Co Ltd (CPP) was not instructed by him or his ministry.
He said it is best to refer to the enforcement agencies who carried out the seizure.
