Transport Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said its ministry aims to have 75% of the roads achieve 3-star ratings and above by 2020. He said this at the launch of the first International Road Safety Assessment Programme or iRAP Malaysia Report 2017, held concurrently with the 10th anniversary celebration of the Malaysian Institute of Road Safety Research or Miros on Monday.
