Louis Tomlinson Debuts New Tattoo & Fans Think It's For Eleanor Calder

Louis is already covered in tattoos, so what’s one more? Especially when it’s in honor of the love of his life…
Louis revealed his new ink in a black-and-white Instagram post on Monday. The tatt is a simple black capital letter “E” located on the back of his left hand near his thumb. You know, the initial “E” as in “Elephant” or “Excellent” or “Eleanor Calder”.
While Louis simply captioned the pic “Coming soon”, in reference to an upcoming editorial with High Snobiety, fans immediately started speculating that the tattoo is a tribute to his on-again girlfriend, Eleanor Calder.
Louis and Eleanor started dating in 2011, but sadly broke up in 2015. While they were apart, Louis had a brief relationship with Brianna Jungwirth, which resulted in him becoming a father to now-1-year-old Freddie and an intense custody battle. Louis also dated Danielle Campbell for a while, but they broke up in January of this year, shortly after Louis’s mom passed away after a battle with leukemia. In February rumors started swirling that Louis had rekindled his relationship with Eleanor, and judging by what he’s had to say about her influence on his songwriting, those rumors have definitely turned out to be true.
In a recent interview with BBC, Louis explained how many of the songs he’s written for his upcoming solo album have been inspired by Eleanor, saying QUOTE, "There's a couple of songs that me and my girlfriend really like that'll never be used for anything, so they're kind of just for us. That's really nice. A lot of the album's about her, really...You can hear my journey as an individual over these three years — leaving the band, then going out onto the really crazy party scene, and then I've kind of ended up full circle back with Eleanor, who I love dearly."
Some ladies get a song or two inspired by them, but a whole album AND a tattoo? That’s gotta be true love.
