Louis Tomlinson Teases Snippet Of "Back To You" Single & Fans Think Harry Styles Is In The Video

Louis Tomlinson may be the only member of One Direction who has yet to release a solo project of his own, but as of yesterday, all of that is about to change.
Everyone just stay calm… maybe take a breather, sit down, grab some water, because LOUIS. JUST. TEASED. HIS. BRAND. NEW. SINGLE.
It was only just a matter of time until Louis Tomlinson would join in on the 1D solo endeavor, but I think we can all agree that he was well worth the wait. Just yesterday, Louis dropped teaser clips of his brand new single “Back To You”, and although he only tweeted 12 seconds of the song, mind you, it was 12 seconds of PURE PERFECTION.
“Back To You” marks Louis’ first official solo single since his collaboration with Steve Aoki on “Just Hold On” last year, but judging by the clip, it seems as though Louis is going in a totally new direction (no pun intended) than his previous collab. He also mentioned that the track will be featuring Bebe Rexha and DJ Digital Farm Animals, so it’s safe to say we’re in for quite a treat come July 21st.
Louis previously revealed the title of the song and opened up about its meaning, saying QUOTE, “With this song we wanted to write something a little less soppy. It’s about that one person that no matter how hard you try, you keep coming back to.” So leave it to diehard Directioners to get to speculating as to who exactly Louis had in mind while writing the track. Naturally, the first and most popular culprit is Louis’ longtime on-and-off girlfriend Eleanor Calder, whom he rekindled his relationship with after their 2015 breakup.
But the speculations didn’t stop there. Another one of Louis’ teasers he posted via Instagram revealed many clips of what looked like parts of a music video, where Louis can be seen doing average everyday things, like laundry, playing soccer, throwing darts and drinking coffee… but there was one thing that caught fans’ attention regarding the coffee cup…
Notice anything about that hand that grabbed for the coffee cup? Say, the rings? Orrr lack of Louis’ unmistakable ’28’ finger tattoo? So if you call yourself a true 1D expert, you’d know that if there’s one member of 1D who always wears rings, it’s Harry Styles. Larry fans were quick to jump all over this one, forming their own speculations that HARRY STYLES might, in fact, be making a guest appearance in Louis’ video.
But despite the grainy blur of the video and the lightning-fast speed of the coffee cup scene, there’s a possibility that it may not actually be Harry’s hand, but we’ll just have to wait until July 21st to find out the real truth.
