Louis Tomlinson is finding himself in the middle of some baby mama drama after seeking joint custody of his son, Freddie Reign, and we’re bringing you all the details right now.
We’ve got a legal situation on our hands, people, and it seems as though the only ‘direction’ Louis is headed now, is straight to COURT.
After welcoming their now 5-month-old son Freddie Reign into the world in January, it seemed as though things were going as smooth as, well, Freddie’s baby bottom for Louis Tomlinson and Briana Jungwirth, but it’s now been reported that Briana has been inconsistent with allowing Louis access to his own son, causing him to take actions into his own hands.
Sources have confirmed that after a rough battle of back-and-forth attempts to visit his son, Louis is taking his baby mama to court to not only seek joint physical and legal custody, but also a 50/50 split in terms of the division of time they each get to spend with their son.
It has also been reported that Louis is already paying Briana $15,000 a month in child care, and he even rents out a $1 million dollar house specifically for Briana and Freddie in Calabasas, and I’m no legal expert myself, but really, how would he not win this case?
