Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission (MACC) chief Latheefa Koya told reporters on Tuesday (Feb 11) that the anti-graft agency has charged Jho Low and two others in absentia with engaging in a criminal conspiracy for the commission of an offence by former premier Datuk Seri Najib Razak.
Aside from Jho Low, the other two charged are PetroSaudi International directors Patrick Mahony and Tarik Obaid.
Latheefa added that warrants of arrest have been issued for all three suspects.
