The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) launched the 'Anti-Corruption Revolution Movement' (Gerah) a once-a-month programme where officers will meet the public to raise awareness of corruption on the first Monday of each month.
MACC chief commissioner Dzulkifli Ahmad said 2,000 MACC officers nationwide will go out to meet with the rakyat during the monthly Gerah programme.
Another programme called 'Jangan Hulur, Jangan Kawtim, Jangan Settle' (Don't Give, Don't Settle) or the 3Js will be hosted later today in Petaling Jaya.
Dzulkifli said this is to urge the public to not only hate corruption, but to take action by refusing to give in to corruption.
