The 2nd in the Autumn 2011 tour of Chef Norman Musa's cookery school went to the iconic Eden Project in South West England. As part of their Harvest food festival, he ran a demonstration followed by a series of hands-on cookery workshops. 60 people participated in the space of 4 hours, rustling up a brilliant Malay curry each under Chef Norman & his team's guidance.
