On the fourth day of the Op Selamat 16/2020, a total of 57 fatal accidents were recorded, and from that 60 people have been killed.

Bukit Aman Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department (JSPT) director Azisman Alias said a total of 6,689 accidents were recorded in four days nationwide, with Selangor alone contributing more than 30% of the accidents.
