A syndicate member, believed to have been a part of a human trafficking ring, was shot dead by the police in Puchong Jaya on Tuesday.
Selangor police chief Datuk Noor Azam Jamaludin told reporters on Wednesday that suspect had attempted to ram the police with his vehicle when he was fatally shot.
Nine Myanmar nationals were also detained during the operation.
