Education Minister Dr Maszlee Malik said Islamic Studies Department (BPI) will prepare manual on implementing moral values from pre-school level to public higher learning institutions.
He also said a meeting with Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamed has to be held first before determining a timeline. This is part of the mission given by PM to instil moral values among students especially honesty and integrity.
