The director and producer of the banned movie “Mentega Terbang” were charged at the Kuala Lumpur Magistrate’s Court today.
Mohd Khairianwar Jailani and Tan Meng Kheng claimed trial on the charge of intentionally hurting the religious feelings of others.
The offence under Section 298 of the Penal Code is punishable with a maximum of one year in jail, a fine or both.
