Miley Cyrus Getting Custody Of Her And Liam's 'Kids'

Well everyone, it looks like the divorce between Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth just keeps getting worse and it’s too much for my heart to bear!

How’s it going everyone, it’s Emile Ennis Jr. back on Clevver News and let me tell you, it’s been a whirlwind of an August for Miley and Liam and all their shippers!

It’s been a rough month for both Miley and Liam, but it seems Liam is taking the brunt of the roughness! TMZ has reported that Liam is getting kicked to the curb when it comes to their “kids” aka their fur babies! I’ll get to that in a second, but first I want to get you all caught up!

Wednesday we filled you in on the latest happenings surrounding Miley and Liam’s nearly decade long relationship… and sadly on Wednesday Liam made the split official by filing for divorce!

Prior to the divorce filing, rumors went flying that drug use, alcohol abuse and infidelity led to the couple separating!

Miley even released her song “Slide Away” last week which points out the substance abuse issues head on.
As for the cheating allegations… Miley put the kabash on that Thursday in a lengthy Twitter post!

She tweeted: “I can admit to a lot of things but I refuse to admit that my marriage ended because of cheating! Liam and I have been together for a decade. I’ve said it before and it remains true, I love Liam and always will.”
Liam has yet to respond to any of the rumors, but it kind of makes sense that he hasn’t broken his silence. He posted around the time of his split to Instagram: “This is a private matter and I have not made, nor will I be making any comments to any journalists or media outlets. Any reported quotes attributed to me are false. Peace and Love.”
Liam I am wishing you so much peace, because I have no clue how you are handling the news that you will not be getting any of your 15 fur babies!

Yes Liam and Miley shared 7 dogs, 2 horses, 2 mini horses, 3 cats and a pig!

Sources tell TMZ, if Liam did want to fight for custody of their animals he could in the state of California since there is a new law that allows a judge to determine which party is best suited to keep the pets!

Yes you guys, this is an actual thing in California… not only do divorced parents fight for custody over their children, but they also fight for custody over for their pets!

BUT it seems Liam won’t be putting up too much of a fight since it was Miley who gave all these animals a home in the first place! If you remember, Liam did a whole lot to take care of their pets especially when the wild fires hit Malibu and took our their home! He rescued all 15 of their furballs!

Liam, I hope Australia is treating you well… this has not been an easy month for ANYONE, myself included!
