Health Minister Dr Zaliha Mustafa has reiterated that the government will not compromise with any decision that goes against the Federal Constitution in negotiations over the Pandemic Treaty of the World Health Organisation Convention Agreement (WHO CA+) and the International Health Regulations (IHR 2005) amendment.

She also denied claims that the government must make a decision whether to ratify or reject them before December 1.

Zaliha added that the ministry is now actively engaging with 12 agencies and ministries to examine the amendment of the IHR and WHO CA+.
