Umno secretary-general Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor has taken a swipe at Selangor menteri besar Mohamed Azmin Ali for claiming a senior Umno minister had tendered his resignation from cabinet.
"I also heard he's going to resign as MB of Selangor! I heard he is going to resign. So same, lah.
"I am lying, but I tell you lah. This useless opposition," the Federal Territories minister told reporters when met after the Kenduri 1Wilayah Persekutuan programme at Seri Penara flats in Bandar Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur.
