If you need your daily dose of cuteness for Tuesday, this little duet will literally melt your heart
Moana's Auli'i Cravalho captured our hearts on Sunday night at the Oscars when she sang a rendition of “How Far I’ll Go from the Disney movie and just when you thought it couldn’t get much better, it does! On a segment of the Ellen show, Auli’I teamed up with four year old viral sensation Claire Ryann. Claire first went viral when she sang a duet of “You’ve got a friend in me,” with her dad. And now, we turn to puddy once more with this little duet of “How Far I’ll Go.”
I have no words. I’m thinking Auli’I might be a little speechless too because girlfriend has had a heck of a week! She starts the week off at the Oscars, makes an appearance on Ellen, and lands a supporting role in NBC’s new theater drama pilot, “Drama High.” If that doesn’t say, best week ever I’m not sure what does. This new show is about a group of talented high school students in a stand out drama department from a working class town. Auli’I will play lilette who works part time at a local diner after school and dreams big.
And it seems like we aren’t the only ones who’ve noticed this new rising star. Mindy Kaling tweeted out, “ I like you, Moana girl, you hella likable” to which Auli’I responded, “YES ME MOANA GIRL I AM LIKABLE I LOV-LIKE YOU TOO ‪@mindykaling‬‬. So cute.
