Several MPs called for Utusan Melayu (M) Bhd management as well as the incoming management to be responsible for all staff laid off.
This include those who took the voluntary separation scheme (VSS).
In a press conference at Parliament on Tuesday, Kapar MP Datuk Abdullah Sani Abdul Hamid called for National Union of Journalists (Utusan branch) to take legal action against the management for non-compliance of the collective agreement.
