Tan Sri Dr Muhammad Shafee Abdullah told reporters at the Duta Court Complex on Thursday that he will be filing an application to disqualify Datuk Seri Gopal Sri Ram from leading the prosecution against him.
Earlier, the prominent lawyer claimed trial to four charges including money laundering involving RM9.5mil received from former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
