Tan Sri Musa Aman has returned to Sabah, 112 days after he left the state on May 14, to be sworn in as Sungai Sibuga assemblyman. Under the Sabah Constitution, his seat would be declared vacant for failure to take his oath within three months. The former chief minister has been undergoing treatment for an undisclosed ailment at the Subang Jaya Medical Centre since returning from London on Aug 21.
