My $17 Room In Phnom Penh, Cambodia - Diamond Palace 2. Sorry I got the name wrong in the video - it should be Diamond Palace 2 Hotel. Price included room service everyday, aircon, kettle and cups, 2 small bottles of water daily, toiletries, simple breakfast, and free wifi. It is in a great location just opposite the royal palace and only a hundred or so metres from the riverside.
