Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak flagged off the Food Flotilla for Myanmar, which set sail carrying 2,200 tonnes of food supply and 250 volunteers who left for Yangon, Myanmmar around 4pm today.
Speaking at the launch of the relief mission by the 1Malaysia Putra Club along with other NGOs today he said the Food Flotilla signifies union of the Muslim community as both Umno and PAS members were involved.
