The High Court has fixed April 3rd for the trial of former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak involving RM42 million in SRC International Sdn Bhd funds.
Judge Datuk Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali set the date following the Federal Court’s decision on Wednesday to lift the stay order on the proceedings granted by the Court of Appeal.
