Tourism, Arts and Culture Minister Nancy Shukri said international borders may be reopened nationwide by early December, depending on the situation of the international tourism travel bubble pilot project in Langkawi.
The minister said the situation in Langkawi needs to be observed first before the international borders can be reopened.
“We had placed a three-month (evaluation period for Langkawi). I do not think it will take three months, I think we can reopen earlier than that."
