Transport minister Anthony Loke said he will change the negative perception the public has of the Road Transport Department or JPJ and his first task will be to look into the ‘Kopi-O licence’ (uncertified licence) matter.
Loke said this during a press conference after clocking in as the new minister on Tuesday morning.
