Uncomfortable and angry are probably the two best words to describe how Niall felt when he found out his neighbor on the plane secretly snapped a picture of him while he was sleeping.
Can’t a popstar like Niall get some shut eye in a somewhat public area without worrying if someone is going to take a picture of him while he’s sleeping? The answer to that is unfortunately no.
After a long flight from London, the One Direction singer came across a photo of himself sleeping on the plane with the caption, QUOTE “And to sum up the PERFECT European adventure, I sat directly next to Niall from One Direction for 9 hours on my flight home from London last night. He was sick and asked for no selfies, but here is a pic I snapped when he was sleeping lol he was so friendly! Talked about Ireland, LSE, lolla, and more. Not a British Duke…but an Irish popstar will do. Thanks for treating me so well Europe!”
Needless to say, he was NOT happy about any of that at all. Niall shared a screenshot of the fan’s post on Twitter and wrote, “I think this shit is unreal. I mean if you can’t sleep on a plane without people taking photos of you, what can you do?” Having people take pictures of you is one of the things that come with being a popstar or celebrity, but this sleeping photo just takes things to a more uncomfortable level and I definitely don’t blame him for being angry about that.
