Nick Jonas teases his sexy new chainsaw music video & covers out magazine
Nick Jonas is giving people all over the world a fever with his Chainsaw music video teaser & you will never guess which musical legend helped Nick name his album!
The pop sensation covered OUT Magazine this month. The mag dug into his complicated world during a round of mini golf and we learned a few fun facts about Nick, including what musical legend named his album.
We learn that Nick loves cigars, shares a home with his brother Joe in LA, and has a second home in Mammoth, Calif., a ski town where he likes to snowboard.
If he weren’t in entertainment, Jonas says, he would have pursued professional sports, probably baseball. But back in LA, he is an avid golfer.
In the interview, Nick talks about his Jonas Brothers past. As we all know, Nick removed his purity ring and traded in his squeaky clean image for a much more mature persona and some Calvin Klein underwear in 2014.
The interview explains that he consumed “:4,200 calories a day to bulk up into the beefcake sex symbol of Instagram fame.”
Nick also put on some of that muscle for his acting role in Kingdom where he plays a sexually conflicted wrestler, a character that has launched his adult acting career. A career that at one time seems unattainable as “agents told him he’d never be taken seriously as an actor because he was a Jonas.”
He clearly proved them wrong. He also shocked many people with the success of his first solo album. And with his second album about to drop in June, he revealed that it was actually Jay-Z who named Nick’s album saying quote“When I was working on this album, Jay Z asked me what it was about,” he announces. “I said it was about the past year of my life, and that the year was complicated. Jay Z said, ‘That’s the name of your album: Complicated.’ ”
He goes on to say that the album is mostly about his split with former Miss USA Olivia Culpo, who he was in a relationship with for two years. Calling it the “most meaningful” and “longest” relationship he’s ever been in, after the breakup he started writing, and made a point to tell stories as honestly as he could. I caught up with Nick recently and asked him if he was sacred to be vulnerable with this very honest album- take a look at what he said:
