Demi just gifted us with the official music video for “Waitin For You” and it was totally worth the wait.
In the all black and white video shot outside a middle school, Demi shows her raw emotions in a variety of close-up shots featuring just her.
This girl is not messin around. From what we hear the song is about bullying – which is something Demi said she experienced as a teen – which is why we’re guessing it was shot at a middle school. One thing to take away from this video – don’t mess with this girl because she’s waiting to take you down. Go Girl!
Like I mentioned earlier, a lot of fans are saying Demi’s video is really similar to Nick Jonas’ Area Codes. So let’s break this down – they’re both shot in black and white. They both feature close up shots of facials. And, well, that’s pretty much it.
