Are Selena Gomez and Nick Jonas reuniting after seven years?? A longtime friend of them both, Demi Lovato recently opened up about the possible new couple.
In an interview with Capital FM, Demi tried her best to keep her lips sealed but her body language did all the talking.
When Capital FM’s Max Akhtar played Demi a recording of a past interview with Nick talking about Selena, Demi clearly knew something but tried her best to remain unphased. Check it out.
When Demi was asked if she thinks Nick should get back together with Selena, Demi said QUOTE - "I'm Switzerland! I have no opinion on that! Listen, if I have an opinion on something, I'm gonna say it. I honestly don't have an opinion. I want him to be happy. I definitely want him to be happy."
When asked if anyone has joked with her about her setting them up with Nick, Demi said - "People joke, but...I don't know. I don't really take it seriously because sometimes the people that are joking just really don't have a chance! But if somebody actually was like, 'Hey,' and I thought he would be into them, I would hook them up. He deserves the best.”
The Nelena rumors started when Nick, A) told Capital FM that he recently ran into Selena at a dinner party and had a good time catching up. B) they were spotted hanging out once again at a VMA after party back in August. And C) People began speculating whether or not Nick’s song, “Area Code” was about Selena judging from the fact that he favorited a couple of tweets from people suggesting that the song was written with Selena in mind. And in a recent interview with Ryan Seacrest, Selena was all giddy after getting a text from a “cute guy0”.
Granted there are a lot of guys out there with brown hair but is it a coincidence that that description also fits Nick Jonas? You be the judge.
