Selena Gomez gets GRILLED on an appearance on Watch What Happens Live where she discusses all the latest Hollywood gossip, and she’s even got some new eye candy…
So if you’re looking for some clarity on any rumor, like EVER, DO NOT go anywhere because our girl Selena is an open book, and this stuff is juicy, guys!
When sitting down with Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen, celebs should receive some sort of warning because apparently no rumor is off-limits, and that’s exactly what happened when Selena Gomez took her place in the hot seat. Andy started off by letting callers ask Selena questions, and of course, one caller took the opportunity to ask Sel who her Hollywood crush was.
And after she admitted that was the first time she talked about her new eye candy in public, it wouldn’t come as much of a surprise if the rumor mill spit out Selena and Chris dating rumors… any day now. Andy then played his infamous “Plead the Fifth” game with Selena, where she could only plead the fifth to ONE question, and she wasted no time in hesitating on which question to NOT answer.
She is also asked if her on-and-off relationship with Demi Lovato is due to her everlasting friendship with Taylor Swift, where she is quick to bash that rumor, saying, “Absolutely not! You’re kids, you grow up together!”
And the last “Plead the Fifth” question Selena was asked was about her ex, Nick Jonas, who has recently played his share of gay roles, including his characters on Scream Queens and Kingdom, so naturally, he asks on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being as gay as Andy, how gay is Nick?
And the grilling didn’t stop there. Selena was then asked by another caller if she thought Miley Cyrus’ "eccentric ways" and "frequent nudity" were more of an "art" or a call for attention, to which she handled the question like a pro, saying “I feel like everybody has their own path. Look at where everybody is. Ultimately, that's what you kind of have to look at. I'm not giving you a politically correct answer. I think everybody has their own right to do what they want, and if that's their interpretation of art, then that's their interpretation of art."
One more caller then asked if Brooklyn Beckham dumped Chloe Grace Moretz because he had a crush on Selena, and if her shocked expression doesn’t scream “SO FALSE”, well, this might.
So after Selena was just put through the ringer during this episode of Watch What Happens Live, it’s safe to say homegirl can DEFINITELY hold her own. And I gotta say, I totally respect that she chooses to take the high road and be such a good sport on these questions, but now I want to hear from you guys.
