Nick Jonas Reveals Surprising Details About His Exes & Demi Lovato

Nick Jonas is opening up in all kinds of ways, and he’s not holding anything back about his exes, his image, or anything else in a new interview with Entertainment Weekly.
Nick is getting ready to drop his new solo album, “Last Year Was Complicated”, on June 10th--just in time to get us all riled up for his “Future Now” tour with Demi. And speaking of Demi, Nick was last on tour with her back in 2010 for Camp Rock 2, when some of her personal struggles came to light and she decided to check herself into rehab. It was obviously a troubling time for Demi and all of those closest to her, including Nick. He told the mag of the incident QUOTE, “It's been years of working on herself and getting better, but she's amazing—and a better singer, too, because she's healthy. But I was genuinely concerned that I might lose my friend.” Yikes, talk about scary! Thankfully Demi is totally killing it these days and seems more than ready to jump back on the tour horse with Nick!
As for his own image, Nick admits that he felt a lot of pressure to seem perfect over the years. He explained, QUOTE, “I think the thing that was most challenging for me was applying a lot of pressure to myself and trying to maintain a real image of perfection, which is so impossible...But once you become an adult you realize nobody's perfect, and it actually does you a disservice in your artistry to try and keep that up.” Well if it means that he’ll keep producing songs like “Close” and “Jealous”, he can be as imperfect as he wants in our book!
Another subject Nick was crazy candid about was all of his famous exes--and unlike some pop stars, he’s happily got no bad blood with any of the gorgeous ladies he used to date.
When talking about fellow disney alum slash ex Miley Cyrus, Nick only had nice words to say. Even though he confessed they haven’t spoken in a while because they run in different circles, he still sang her praises to the mag, saying QUOTE, “She's always been outspoken and authentic to who she is, so it was only a matter of time before she really owned that, and I'm proud of her...It's a lot like watching your high school crush do well, just on a bigger scale." Awwww. And as for his most recent GF, Olivia Culpo, despite the fact that she inspired much of his upcoming album, Nick actually hasn’t heard from her in a year, and isn’t sure if he’ll hear from her again at all. Hmm...maybe listening to the album she was the muse for will reignite that flame! In the meantime--Nick, feel free to call me anytime.
