Outgoing PKR Youth chief Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad has suggested that the party consider only using the "one member, one vote" system to elect its top leaders, while reverting to the delegate system for all other positions.
He said it is impractical for every position in the party to be voted on by each party member when there are so many votes to count.
