Seremban MP Anthony Loke revealed that Lim Kit Siang's vote was not counted in the House.
He said the record should state that there are 81 votes against, but Lim's vote was not counted and this was despite there being no decision on the motion to suspend Lim before the impromptu noon recess.
Opposition leader Wan Azizah Wan Ismail said that Kit Siang's vote should have been counted as he was still allowed inside the hall and his vote should count as a vote representing the people of Gelang Patah.
