Umno secretary-general Tan Sri Annuar Musa and MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong told the press on Thursday that Barisan Nasional will not be offering an alternative budget for 2020 as it is not compulsory to table one every year.
Annuar said the decision was made as the alternative budget only had figures, not policies.
