PAS central committee member Muhtar Suhaili who had yesterday urged for former prime minister Mahathir Mohamad to be arrested under the Sedition Act for his speech during the "Anti-kleptocracy rally" has responded to media reports on his statement.
In a report on Harakahdaily he said that he was not defending Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak nor did he hate Mahathir but was writing as someone who was a Bugis himself and did not agree with any racist remarks.
