The Coalition for Clean and Fair Elections (Bersih) cannot hold Bersih 5 rally if it wants to topple Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak, said inspector-general of police Khalid Abu Bakar.
"We will not allow it because there is way to ask the prime minister to step down as stipulated in the law," he said at a press conference in Kuala Lumpur today."
