The water capacity of three dams in Kedah have reach below 50% but the state government has no plans of carrying out water rationing.State Housing and Local Government, Water Supply, Water Resources and Energy Committee chairman says the total water capacity of all the five dams in the state is still sufficient to supply water for domestic usage and agriculture.
