Syabas Executive Director of Corporate Affairs Abdul Halem Mat Som says the on-going water disruption that has affect several parts of the Klang Valley for over 2 weeks is not the water concessionaire's fault.
Speaking to KiniTV, he says it is the Selangor state government's responsibility to take care of the Langat river, which has been reportedly polluted, causing the water disruption.
