Suara Rakyat Malaysia (Suaram) adviser Kua Kia Soong urges the Government to treat the Human Rights Report with care and apprehension, and as a lesson for how human rights can be a guard for victims of human rights in the country. He said this during the launch of Suaram's Human Rights Report on Malaysia for 2015 on Wednesday.
