The Penang government has again denied claims by MCA that the Acknowledgement of Commitment it signed with the contractor of the undersea tunnel project mega-project was not officially stamped.
Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng, who appeared to be angry over the negative reports against the project, claimed that BN had sabotaged it.
"We wanted to start work on the project but got sabotaged, so we do not know whether this project will go on or not," he said at a press conference in George Town.
