After attending the National Finance Council meeting chaired by the Prime Minister on Thursday, Terengganu Mentri Besar Dr Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar told reporters that oil royalty will be channeled directly to the state government, regardless of whether it was administered by PAS, Pakatan Harapan or Barisan Nasional. He added that the rate will be at least 5%.
