Cape Manzamo (Manzamou lit. "a field for 10,000 people to sit") is a scenic rock formation on Okinawa Island, Japan. It is one of the most popular places among both Japanese and international travelers who visit Okinawa Island.
萬座毛位於日本沖繩縣国頭郡恩納村的風景名勝。特徵是在海岸的峭壁上，有著像大象鼻子形狀的石頭。万座毛的意思是“能容纳万人坐下的草原”，“毛”在冲绳便是草原的意思。正如其名，这里的天然草原是一望无际的，周围的植物群落被冲绳县指定为天然纪念物。
