【本報訊】不少OL將三餐食量勁減,卻仍未收減磅效果,甚至錯覺「飲啖水都肥」。註冊營養師周詠苑指出,減肥人士須留意4個錯誤的飲食習慣,包括戒吃早餐、錯誤戒飯、吃菜不吃肉及揀錯小食。減肥離不開均衡飲食概念,戒飯、戒肉或地獄式節食未必有幫助,小心選擇食物才能避免墮入高脂肪陷阱。
