OH EM GEE! The 100th episode of Pretty Little Liars aired on Tuesday and it did NOT DISAPPOINT! We're seriously still reeling from everything that went down in the milestone episode, but we're here to recap it for those of you who maybe haven't watched yet OR you just want a place to discuss everything that happened because WTF!
And yes, by the very definition of RECAP -- there are some spoilers ahead, so you've been warned.
OK, so first and foremost -- let's talk about that divorce bomb that Spencer's mom dropped -- at school no less! Yes, Spencer's mom is LEAVING her husband because she found out that her hubby AND Melissa were both lying about where they were the night that Ali's mom died. SKETCHY MUCH?! However, Spencer thinks her dad was just trying to protect her because Jessica DiLaurentis was going to try to pin the murder of the girl in Ali's grave on HER. Yeah. I know. And this was just in the first like, 15 minutes, you guys.
Also, Jenna came back into town which sent guilt-ridden Aria SPIRLING -- right into the arms of Ezra!
So many mixed emotions right now. And speaking of hot hook ups, everyone was getting a little action last night, as Emily and Alison had a rather friendly sleepover:
While Toby and Spencer got cozy in his truck. And as for Hanna? She's torn because Caleb is FINALLY back from Ravenswood!
OK, enough of that -- back to the DRAMA. So basically, Lucas and the anti-Ali army set up a plan to keep Hanna and Emily busy so Ali would be left by herself -- allowing Mona to corner her and let her know that Rosewood wants Ali GONE. Plus, Mona told Ali that she knew that she and the girls were in NYC the night that Shana was killed. Ali seemed kind of scared, but went right back to her oldself:
Danngggg. When Ali told the girls about this incident, she conveniently decided to NOT mention the part where she slapped Mona back. However, that came back to bite her in the butt because Mona recorded their exchange which, understandably, angered the other girls. When will Ali learn?!
ANYWAYS -- another big reveal was the fact that Emily's new BFF Sydney is working with Jenna! GASP! We should have known that she was all up in Emily's grill for something OTHER than swimming tips.
While that was big, NOTHING was bigger than the moment when everyone found out exactly who the girl in Ali's grave was. Apparently, her name was Bethany, and she was a Radley patient who escaped the night that Ali "disappeared." As if that info wasn't enough of a bomb...
YES. An actual BOMB went off. Or at least we think it was a bomb? Who knows what that was, but one thing we do know? "A" is BACK Y'ALL! Just when the Liars thought they were in the clear. Hate to say it, but we knew he/she/IT wouldn't be gone long, right?
