Other countries can learn from Pemandu said Pemandu Associates president Idris Jala.
He said this following the release of the World Bank knowledge and research report titled 'Driving Performance from the Center: Malaysia’s Experience with Pemandu,' which noted the success and challenges of the use of Pemandu as a vehicle in the Malaysian National Transformation Program.
Idris said other countries can share the lessons learned and as the report also pointed out the challenges they can address these and can do better with their own delivery units.
