Housing and Local Government Deputy Minister Ismail Abdul Muttalib told Dewan Rakyat today that 10,386 units of PR1MA houses have yet to be sold.
He said the unsold units are valued at a total of RM2 billion.
Ismail said this in response to Pasir Salak MP Tajuddin Abdul Rahman, who asked why the government was not selling the units at a more affordable price.
