Calls for PAS to use its own logo in the next general election are growing louder, with a party leader now suggesting that the Bersatu-led Perikatan Nasional coalition consider adopting PAS' moon flag to contest the polls.

PAS election chief Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor, who is also Kedah menteri besar, reportedly told party delegates at the PAS Youth Muktamar in Kedah yesterday that PN should change its shade of blue because PAS members and supporters are “allergic” to the colour.

This is because the colour is similar to BN’s, he said, describing it as “off-putting” to some.
