AirAsia passenger Fen Lim on flight AK171 from Kaohsiung to KLIA2, posted a video on Facebook on Wednesday night showing baggage handlers slamming her bicycle to the ground.
AirAsia boss Tony Fernandes responded to the incident today, saying he was really disappointed.
He clarified that AirAsia has a joint venture ground handling company called GTR.
