A series of photos has gone viral on social media showing AirAsia's baggage handers kissing their passengers luggage as a sign of apology.
In a Facebook post Mohd Amir Izzat wrote "Dear bag, doesn't matter how heavy the bag is, we will handle with kiss and care... We all apologise for all our mistake before."
The post came following the incident last week where a video had gone viral on Facebook showing AirAsia baggage handlers slamming a passenger's bicycle to the ground.
AirAsia Group Chief Executive Officer, Tony Fernandes and AirAsia Bhd's chief executive officer, Riad Asmat had issued an apology.
Riad had also said that AirAsia will waive all fees on bicycle transportation for the month of April as a gesture of goodwill.
