A 49-year-old bus driver pleaded not guilty in a Magistrate’s Court in Balik Pulau on Monday to a charge of driving while under the influence of drugs, which resulted in the death of a 16-year-old part-time pizza delivery boy.
Peter Paul Santanam made the plea when the charge was read to him before magistrate Ahmad Tajudin Zain.
