Police have obtained a remand order against a bus driver whose vehicle rammed several vehicles at Persiaran Kelicap on Thursday (Nov 7), leaving one dead and several others injured.
The two-day remand order against the 49-year-old man was issued to assist in the police investigation under Section 15 (1) (a) of the Dangerous Drug Act 1952.
In the incident, a 16-year-old, part-time pizza delivery boy was killed instantly after the bus driven by the man rammed into several vehicles, including the boy's motorcycle, at the traffic light junction on Jalan Kelicap near Setia Triangle Bayan Lepas.
